🌟 Join us to make everyone feel welcome in North Central WA 🌟 **Update: With your help we have successfully funded a billboard in East Wenatchee for 12 months! Continued funding will go toward another billboard in the NCW area!** At Out NCW, we know that change starts with people like you. Every act of kindness, every dollar, and every moment of your time brings us closer to achieving our mission. Together, we can create a brighter, more compassionate world for all. Because the East Wenatchee City Council has decided to change their banner policy, effectively banning rainbow diversity banners provided by NCW Equity Alliance in June, we want to erect a billboard for at least 1 year on Valley Mall Parkway in East Wenatchee. With the help of other non-profit organizations, we have formed a coalition to effect real change and visibility for our communities because we are more effective together.
