Use this form to submit secure payments for spirit wear ordered through the PTO.🐾 THIS IS JUST FOR PAYMENT. YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR ODER FORM VIA YOUR STUDENT&#39;S CLASSROOM TEACHER IN ORDER FOR US TO PLACE YOUR ORDER. THESE FORMS ARE USED BY OUR VENDOR.

Join Union Valley families for a special night at Disney on Ice: Spotlight Magic. ⛸✨&nbsp; Seats will be in Club Section 3.&nbsp;Seats have convenient access to bathrooms, concessions and souvenirs. *Price is complete, no added fees. Parking is not including.* Show End Time is an estimated time. Children ages 2 and under, seated on a lap, do not need a purchased ticket.&nbsp;For bigger parties (6+), seats will be together, but may be split between rows. $5 of every ticket sold will go back to the UV PTO. We will remain in contact via email about ticket delivery using the email address provided on this form. We anticipate tickets being sent digitally to your email around mid December after our group order is finalized and tickets are disbursed.&nbsp;
