Safe haven for the youngest survivors and then long-term, family-based residential care and wrap-around services for survivors of human trafficking and gender-based exploitation. Our programs are designed specifically for minor girls who are unable to return to their biological families. PHIGS' objective is to provide care and support for each girl within the safety & security of caring families devoted to their journey from harm to wholeness into young adulthood and beyond.
