Camden&#39;s Community Juneteenth Festival commemorates the emancipation of enslaved African Americans in Texas in 1865, two years after the Emancipation Proclamation. The celebration honors freedom, culture, and the ongoing pursuit of equality through a variety of activities and performances. The annual Camden Juneteenth celebration takes place on the third Sunday in June.&nbsp;
