Pathways to Empowerment NJ is a Parsippany-rooted nonprofit dedicated to helping low-income and immigrant families navigate the educational system and access the support their children deserve.We work to translate and simplify the IEP and special education process for families who often feel overwhelmed, unheard, or unsure of how to advocate for their children. Our mission is to empower families through tailored guidance, advocacy, academic support, executive functioning coaching, and access to critical educational and emotional wellness resources.As schools continue to face budget cuts and reduced access to services, many students and families are struggling to receive the support they need to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Families often cannot afford tutoring, executive functioning coaching, advocacy services, mental health support, or educational guidance.
