Paws For Humanity

LXCL:Paws for Humanity is a nonprofit sanctuary in Three Oaks, Michigan, founded in 2019. Home to alpacas, donkeys, a horse, a pony, goats, chickens, cats, dogs, and more, the sanctuary provides a peaceful place where animals and people can connect, heal, and thrive. Through community events, educational programs, volunteer opportunities, and compassionate care, we create meaningful experiences for all who visit. Thanks to the generosity of the Robert Mille&#39; family, every donation made through October 31 will be matched dollar for dollar, up to the first $5,000 raised.That means your gift goes twice as far to help improve the Sanctuary for the animals who call it home.Our immediate goal is to raise $10,000 to complete essential improvements before winter, including:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Replacing and expanding the gutters on our barns</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Repairing rotted eaves</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Installing rain barrels to better manage water runoff</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Improving drainage in the equine paddocks to reduce mud and standing water</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Leveling the property, extending the gravel drive, and taking the next steps toward building our new pole barn</li></ul>These projects will create healthier habitats for our animals today while moving us closer to our long-term vision of an indoor space for year-round programs and community events.Want to make your gift go even further?
