Official Rules - MUST READPoint Global is an Oklahoma nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. It is conducting this raffle to raise funds to support the Children's Home in West Africa.EligibilityParticipants must be legal residents of Oklahoma.Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of ticket purchase.By purchasing a ticket, participants certify that they meet all eligibility requirements.Ticket SalesTicket Prices: $10 each, 5 tickets for $40, 10 tickets for $75, or 25 tickets for $150.Tickets are available until August 29, 2026, or until sold out.Tickets are non-refundable.Ticket sales are NOT a tax-deductible charitable donation.DrawingThe winning ticket will be drawn on August 29, 2026, during the Sporting Clays Fundraiser at Snake Creek Shooting Sports in Beggs, Oklahoma.The winner does not need to be present to win.The winner will be required to pick up the firearm from Snake Creek Shooting Sports after passing a background check and completing a Form 4473.PrizeOne (1) shotgun: CZ Redhead Premier, Over/Under, 12 Gauge 3", 28" Length, Silver Receiver, Walnut Stock, 5 Choke Tubes. Value: $1,199.99No cash value or substitutions are available.Firearm TransferThe firearm will be transferred through a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) in accordance with all applicable federal and Oklahoma laws.The winner must:Meet all legal requirements to possess and own the firearm.Complete all required federal and state paperwork.Successfully pass any required background check.If the winner is legally prohibited from receiving the firearm or fails to complete the transfer requirements, the organization will follow the procedures established by its Board of Directors and applicable law.NotificationThe winner will be contacted using the information provided at the time of ticket purchase. If the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days, the organization reserves the right to proceed in accordance with its adopted raffle procedures.Use of ProceedsNet proceeds from this raffle will directly support the Children's Home in West Africa through Point Global.GeneralBy purchasing a ticket, participants agree to these Official Rules and all decisions of the organization, which are final.NO TICKET PURCHASE IS TAX DEDUCTIBLE TO THE EXTENT OF THE VALUE OF THE RAFFLE CHANCE RECEIVED.
