Founded in 2023, Pointeworks brings together international talent to create and share exceptional ballet on stages across the United States. With a bi-coastal reach spanning Southern California—including San Diego, Irvine, and Los Angeles—and New York City, alongside our work in Dallas–Fort Worth, we connect artists and audiences across communities.

Recognizing the inherently seasonal nature of a dancer’s work, Pointeworks fills a vital gap by providing professionally compensated off-season employment that helps artists sustain their careers, deepen their artistry, and build meaningful collaborations.

We unite dancers, choreographers, composers, and musicians to create original works, champion women’s creative voices, and bring ballet to life with live music. Through community partnerships and free and subsidized admission, we welcome new audiences and make extraordinary performances more accessible.
