(Providing Resources Accessible Year-Round) Back-to-School Success Initiative.This annual community program is designed to help students start the school year prepared, confident, and ready to learn by providing backpacks, school supplies, and educational resources to eligible families within our community.We understand that preparing children for a new school year can place a financial strain on many households. Our goal is to help ease that burden and ensure students have access to the tools they need for academic success.If you are a parent or guardian seeking assistance for your child(ren), please complete this registration form. Registration helps us accurately plan for the event and ensure resources are distributed as fairly and efficiently as possible.We are honored to serve our community and look forward to helping students begin the school year equipped for success.📌 IMPORTANT INFORMATION✅ Registration is required.✅ One registration per household.✅ Please complete all requested information accurately.✅ Children may be required to be present during pickup.
