PAPA Meetup: Bowling & Marugame Udon at Alameda

We will be having a booth at The Museum of Flight to promote PAPA! The event will run from 5pm-9pm! We have been granted the privilege of being featured by The Museum of Flight! We will have a booth space during the Free First Thursday Event from 5-9pm on Thursday, May 7th.&nbsp; The booth will need to be manned from 5-9pm, while the last hour (8-9pm) will be for teardown and a bit of a social with everyone that came out to help! Can&#39;t wait to see you all there! When you arrive, simply walk in and go to the gallery under the blackbird to find our spot!Wear your PAPA themed shirts if you have some! Otherwise, no dress code/casual.

Museum of Flight Free First Thursday

We are excited to invite members on a tour of SoCal TRACON in San Diego 📡 A great opportunity to see how TRACON works behind the scenes to keep operations safe and smooth. Member meetups in San Diego area will occur regularly throughout 2026. For March: Come join your fellow PAPA members at Catalina Airport (KAVX) for a fly-in followed by a short hike around the airport loop! Catalina airport is a challenging airport, so please ensure that you are adequately familiar with the terrain and the runway, as well as meeting the rental checkout requirements if the place you are renting from has such restrictions. Upon arrival, we will meet inside the terminal in the restaurant area. Please remember to visit the tower to pay the landing fee ($40). You can find members to split the rental costs on our Discord channel, as a few of our local members from San Diego area will be participating in this fly-in!

Join us for an exclusive opportunity to visit a the corporate aviation department of a major tech company in Silicon Valley! The company name will be revealed upon registration confirmation. This company operates Gulfstreams, Praetors, and King Airs. Attendees must not publicly disclose the host company&#39;s name until after the event has concluded. This visit offers a unique chance to learn about the business aviation sector and meet professionals working in corporate flight operations. Business aviation operates very differently from Part 121 and Part 135 operations, and this firsthand experience will provide valuable insights into career pathways, day-to-day operations, and the corporate aviation industry. Registration Requirements:Our host has requested that we bring only participants with a genuine interest in business aviation.
