re/center promotes healing and connection through breathwork and somatic practices, aiming to regulate the nervous system and support individuals in overcoming trauma and anxiety for a healthier, more connected life.

Get the most out of your weekend with Yoga on Saturday at Re/center. Join us for centering, beginner-friendly community yoga. We have mats, blocks and all the things you&rsquo;ll need. Just bring yourself! *Some Saturdays may be subject to change depending upon schedule and availability. Please refer to event calendar for the most up to date info. Entry is donation-based. We appreciate any support in continuing this mission in our space. The Exhale Method&nbsp;Regulate your nervous system through breathwork &amp; somatic release. Join us for Sunday morning breathwork with Raquelle David. Raquelle is from Sydney, Australia and moved to Los Angeles a decade ago to pursue a career in literary management and film/tv producing. When she&#39;s not developing stories for our screens, she&#39;s breathing! Raquelle is the founder of The Exhale Method, a certified breathwork facilitator and Reiki Master and has been actively teaching breathwork since 2019 &nbsp;She comes to breathwork with a background in trauma, C-PTSD and healing heartbreak and is committed to supporting those wanting to find connection, release and reduced anxiety by using their breath and somatic healing practices.&nbsp;
