Launched in 2025, our first summit received recognition from the&nbsp;Mayor&rsquo;s Office of NYC, a&nbsp;Congressional Recognition, and a partnership with the&nbsp;Recording Academy&reg; New York Chapter and its Women In The Mix initiative&mdash;rare honors that reflect the real need and impact of our mission.We empower women, youth, and independent creatives by providing access, visibility, mentorship, financial literacy education, mental health and self-care support, and community spaces where people can grow. Our annual summit features respected industry speakers, transformative panels, workshops, live performances, youth performance opportunities, our Networking Brunch &amp; Connect, and a marketplace highlighting women-owned businesses and creative entrepreneurs.We also support emerging creatives through&nbsp;micro-grants,&nbsp;instrument giveaways, and year-round programming that builds confidence, opportunity, and sustainability. We believe progress happens when we share knowledge, create access, build meaningful relationships, and intentionally bring others forward with us. For 2027, we are calling in women across music, entertainment, and technology who are shaping the industry on the front lines and behind the scenes. Label executives. A&amp;Rs. Managers. Attorneys. Publishers. Producers. Engineers. Distributors. Music supervisors. Talent buyers. Booking professionals. Event producers. Promoters. Marketers. Publicists. Tour and production professionals. Technology leaders. Entrepreneurs. And other women doing the work. We are looking for women willing to turn their experience into knowledge, strategy, mentorship, resources, connections, and access that women and the next generation of creatives can carry forward.
