Welcome to RISE + Give Back, RISE TOGETHER&rsquo;s online auction supporting youth mental health, substance use prevention, and community connection. The auction kicks off August 31&mdash;13 days before Lucky 13&mdash;and features exclusive experiences, local favorites, and one-of-a-kind items donated by businesses and community partners. Every bid helps fund programs that equip young people and adults who serve them with the tools, confidence, and support they need to thrive. From school assemblies and leadership experiences to youth hangouts and community events, your generosity helps create spaces where every young person knows their story matters. We&#39;ll add new items throughout the campaign, so check back often and keep bidding! Bidding closes the night of Lucky 13, giving everyone plenty of time to participate and support our mission. Winning bidders will be contacted as soon as the auction closes to pick up&nbsp;at Gibson in Appleton, Wisconsin, or to arrange mailing when available (shipping costs may apply). Earn 8 PD hours while gaining practical tools to help adults build trust, reduce stigma, and strengthen connections with youth. RISEconnection Summer Cohort&nbsp;is a 5-week live professional development experience designed for educators, counselors, and youth-serving professionals who want to strengthen trust, navigate difficult conversations, and create safer, more supportive spaces.This is not surface-level inspiration.It&rsquo;s practical, prevention-informed training grounded in lived experience and published peer-led research. Spots are intentionally limited to support meaningful dialogue and reflection. By the end of this cohort, you will have:✔ Greater confidence in facilitating conversations around mental health and substance use✔ Practical tools to create safe and brave spaces where youth feel heard and respected✔ Strength-based, person-first language that builds trust and reduces stigma✔ Strategies to move from managing behavior to strengthening connection✔ Self-regulation tools to prevent burnout and sustain impact✔ A clear framework you can immediately implement in your school or organization✔ The tools and guidance to launch or host a RISE Hangout &mdash; a healing-centered, youth-focused space rooted in belonging and peer connection. You won&rsquo;t just leave motivated. You&rsquo;ll leave equipped to take action.
