Turnabout Show is our playful twist on performance, where community members swap roles, bend norms, and light up the stage 🌈. Every number you see supports The San Antonio Roundup&rsquo;s mission to create safe, joyful spaces for LGBTQIA+ folks in recovery. Step(walk/run)Challenge

Impromptu Dance Party is exactly what it sounds like: a pop-up party that doesn&#39;t really need a reason to exist. But if you insist on one, our Chairman recently bought a brand-new set of disco lights he absolutely had to test. Naturally, the only responsible course of action was to throw a dance party. Scientific inquiry, darling. Whether you&#39;re ready to own the dance floor or just want to hang out with friends, everyone is welcome. Admission? A suggested $5 donation (every good experiment deserves a little funding). But don&#39;t worry, no one is getting left outside. If you can&#39;t chip in, come anyway. Feeling peckish? Concessions will be available throughout the night, priced according to the menu. Come for the lights, stay for the snacks, and leave with at least one story you&#39;ll probably embellish later. Whether you volunteered willingly or your Higher Power outsourced the decision to a friend, welcome to the adventure. Turnabout is one part fundraiser, one part performance, and one part stepping far outside your comfort zone. It&#39;s an opportunity to explore a side of yourself you may not often show the world, all while raising money to support LGBTQIA+ recovery through San Antonio Roundup. Each contestant will receive a fundraising page and will use that platform to rally supporters, collect donations, and campaign for the crown. The funds you raise aren&#39;t just helping a worthy cause&mdash;they&#39;re also one of the metrics used to determine the winner. Contestants will be judged in three categories:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Fundraising</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Creativity</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Performance</li></ul>The contestant with the highest overall score will earn the coveted crown and sash, along with the satisfaction of knowing they turned courage, creativity, and community support into something meaningful. Don&#39;t worry&mdash;you won&#39;t be doing it alone. We&#39;ll have performers, artists, drag kings and queens, and other seasoned experts available to help bring your vision to life.
