At a time when emotional well-being is directly connected to individual stability and community strength, this experience centers healing as both a personal and collective responsibility. Through trauma-informed conversations, expert-led sessions, and immersive recovery rooms, attendees will engage in practices that support mental, emotional, and holistic well-being. This two-day experience will feature wellness experts covering topics such as stress management, anxiety, trauma, self-worth, and resilience. Recovery rooms will offer experiential healing modalities including therapeutic boxing, sound bowl healing and meditation, art therapy and dance movement&mdash;creating space to pause, restore, and reconnect.
