Serendipity Womens Mental Wellness Center, Inc.

Serendipity Women's Mental Wellness Center empowers women and teen girls in Florida by providing low-cost to free therapy. Our mission is to enhance mental health and wellness through supportive programs and community engagement.

<h4>Handbags and High Heels: A Celebration of Women is an event organized to raise funds for the <a href="https://www.serendipitywomenscenter.org/" style="text-decoration-color:initial;user-select:auto;box-sizing:inherit">Serendipity Women's Mental Wellness Center, Inc.</a>  The Center is a 501c3 non-profit mental health organization that offers low cost to free therapy for women and teen girls in the state of Florida.  </h4><h4> As we continue to expand our programs to meet the needs of the population that we serve, your financial assistance and support is needed and welcomed. At Handbags and High Heels, we bring enlightening and engaging discussions on issues that affect a woman's mental health and wellness. Past topics have included attending to the woman as a whole, reproductive issues and menopause. </h4><h4> So let's celebrate with a cause.  Invite your friends and come on out on Sunday April 6, 2025 at 11am.  See you there!</h4> Shari N. 2025 Handbags and High Heels Fundraising Brunch

The women in our communities are struggling daily under the weight of trying to balance work, parenting, relationships and caregiving. Often their self-care is at the bottom of the list. When &quot;mom&quot; is unwell, what happens to everyone else? Help us help &quot;mom&quot; by donating to a program that offers weekly therapy sessions and monthly self-care activities that will provide mental and emotional sustenance and rejuvenation. Your donation will help to cover the cost of this bi-weekly group of 6 to 8 women engaging in:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:inherit;" style="box-sizing:inherit;">Bi-weekly group activities that will provide these women with access to support with women in similar circumstances as well as well needed time for themselves.</li><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:inherit;" style="box-sizing:inherit;">Examples of group activities may include:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:inherit;" style="box-sizing:inherit;">nature walk</li><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:inherit;" style="box-sizing:inherit;">yoga</li><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:inherit;" style="box-sizing:inherit;">art therapy</li><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:inherit;" style="box-sizing:inherit;">music therapy</li><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:inherit;" style="box-sizing:inherit;">meditation</li></ul></li></ul>

Strengthening Marriages. Supporting Women. Building Healthier Communities. The Marriage Foundations Program is a 10-session, preventive couples program offered by Serendipity Women&rsquo;s Mental Wellness Center, Inc. to support newly married couples&mdash;particularly women&mdash;who did not have access to premarital counseling and now need foundational relationship support. Through guided therapeutic conversations, couples build essential skills in communication, conflict resolution, financial decision-making, intimacy, and boundary-setting. By addressing these areas early, the program helps prevent relationship distress before it escalates into crisis, supporting emotional well-being, family stability, and long-term mental health. Your support allows Serendipity to provide this program at no cost to couples who are uninsured, underinsured, or navigating financial stress. When couples are supported early, women experience improved emotional health, relationships become more resilient, and families&mdash;and communities&mdash;are stronger as a result.Your donation is an investment in prevention, empowerment, and healthier futures. Give today to help couples build strong foundations and ensure that women in our community have access to the mental health support they deserve.

Hot Notes &amp; Cool Conversations is an intimate, jazz inspired fundraising brunch hosted by Serendipity Women&#39;s Mental Wellness Center, Inc., designed for singles and couples navigating the emotional and relational impact of menopause. This elevated experience brings together mental health and medical experts for an honest, engaging conversation about how menopause affects mood, communication, intimacy, and connection&mdash;and what partners need to know to show up with empathy and support. Set against a stylish, music-inspired ambiance, guests will enjoy meaningful dialogue, curated brunch, and a shared commitment to advancing women&rsquo;s mental health. Your ticket supports the mission of the Serendipity Women&rsquo;s Mental Wellness Center, helping expand access to education, advocacy, and mental health care for women during critical life transitions. All are welcomed. Couples encouraged. Conversations required. Join us for an afternoon where understanding deepens, connection strengthens, and support takes center stage.
