They, in turn, use Stripe.com as their payment platform. Stripe takes, roughly, 2.9% + US$.30 per transaction. BUT, Zeffy gives us your entire donation! Zeffy undoubtedly has costs too. At checkout, Zeffy asks for, but does not require, a percentage to cover their costs. Feel free to give them this "tip" OR NOT. (To change Zeffy's additional percentage "donation" to them: click the down arrow on the "Help Keep Zeffy Free" amount; choose "Other"; enter $0.00 or any other amount that you would be happy to give, to support them.) You are under no obligation to help them for helping us. To contact us, please send email to sfero@esperanto.org .
