Silver Scene

Silver Scene fosters community among Parker County residents aged 55+, offering social activities, games, and cultural events to enhance well-being and connection. Join us for fun events like bingo nights to support our mission of engagement.

It&rsquo;s a Girls&rsquo; Night Out with food trucks outside, margaritas inside, BINGO with tickets to family-friendly DFW attractions as prizes, 50/50 drawing, plus raffles. Bring your best friends and enjoy a night out.&nbsp; $20 ticket includes one card per game. Buy additional cards for $5 each.&nbsp; We will start with a social hour at 5 pm. Visit the food trucks and come inside to eat and have a margarita or two. Ladies ages 21 and up only. Thank you for supporting our mission, your support is invaluable. Silver Scene meets at the Twentieth Century Clubhouse every Friday (beginning July 17). Parker County residents 55+ are welcome to come for &nbsp;brunch, traditional games and cultural activities.

Silver Scene Clubhouse brings adults 55+ together for a full day of engaging programs, conversation, and connection. Brunch and snacks are provided at no expense to the members. (Membership is free at the clubhouse.) Your contribution helps keep older adults physically, mentally, and socially active through accessible activities, a free brunch, and snacks served throughout the day. Every gift supports a welcoming space where neighbors can stay curious, laugh together, and look forward to what&rsquo;s next.

Pizza &amp; Pungs: Mahjong &amp; Pizza Fundraiser for Silver Scene Pizza &amp; Pungs Open Play is&nbsp;a Mahjong gathering and fundraiser benefiting Silver Scene, a local nonprofit dedicated to keeping adults 55+ mentally, physically, and socially active. Join us every 1st and 3rd Monday from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Silver Scene Clubhouse, 321 S. Main St., Weatherford, TX, for an afternoon of Mahjong, good food, and fun with friends. Snack Options:There will be a variety of &nbsp;snacks available in the kitchen, but we request you purchase pizza in advance so it&rsquo;s hot and ready at the beginning of the event.&nbsp; $10: Three slices of pizza $12 Grand Kong: Three slices of pizza, a snack of your choice, and your choice of a chilled soft drink or bottled water. Pizza orders can be placed the same day, but orders must be submitted online by 11:00 AM Monday morning to guarantee hot slices. You&rsquo;ll be able to select your pizza toppings when you register. BYOW (Bring Your Own Wine) is also welcome. Admission is $5. Limited seats are available. No outside food or beverages are permitted. All proceeds support Silver Scene and its programs for adults 55+ in Parker County.

Join us every Monday from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Silver Scene Clubhouse, 321 S. Main St., Weatherford, TX, for an afternoon of Mahjong, good food, and fun with friends. Mahjong players of all skill levels are welcome, including beginners!
