Join SIS Leadership Foundation for The Wellness Code: Summer Wellness Walk a free, family-friendly community walk designed to help women, families, and community members move, connect, and prioritize wellness together. This walk is a continuation of our Wellness Code initiative, creating intentional spaces for whole-woman wellness, community care, and simple ways to stay active during the summer. This is not a race or run. We will simply gather as a community and walk together at a comfortable pace. All fitness levels are welcome. Family and friends are welcome to attend. Registration is free, but we ask that you register so we can plan accordingly and communicate any updates before the event. Event Details: Date: Saturday, August 22 Time: 12:00 PM &ndash; 1:30 PM Location: Lake Phalen Address: 1400 Phalen Dr., St. Paul, MN Meeting Point: Swimming Beach &amp; Picnic Area What to Bring: Comfortable walking shoes Water bottle Weather-appropriate clothing Sunscreen, hat, or sunglasses if needed Stroller or wagon if bringing children Additional Notes: This is a free community event. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can gather before starting the walk. In the event of severe weather, updates will be sent to registered attendees. We look forward to walking with you!

Many are navigating these challenges while balancing careers, families, and the pressure to &ldquo;do it all&rdquo; often without adequate support or resources. That is why we are intentionally creating this space. A space for honest conversations, accessible education, and a supportive community where women can prioritize their health without guilt and begin to take control of their wellness in a sustainable way.
