Sisters in Shelter empowers survivors of human trafficking through advocacy, education, and support services. Their mission is to end exploitation and help individuals reclaim their freedom and rebuild their lives.

After enduring childhood abuse, homelessness, exploitation, and human trafficking, she found the courage to escape, heal, and fight not only for her own freedom&mdash;but for others still trapped in silence. Today, Brittany works alongside law enforcement, healthcare professionals, and community leaders, using her lived experience to train, advocate, and change systems that once failed her. Her powerful testimony helped secure the longest human trafficking sentence in Ohio history and hearing her speak is not just inspiring, it&rsquo;s a call to stand on the side of freedom.
