Sonic Bridges, Inc. fosters community connection through immersive sound experiences. Their mission is to promote well-being and mindfulness via deep listening and rhythm, creating spaces for collective engagement and personal reflection.

Community Sound Sessions are pop-up gatherings hosted in community spaces across Marin, built around sound, stillness, and rhythm. They are grounded in deep listening, a slow, receptive attention to sound as it moves through the room and the body. Sustained listening of this kind can support the nervous system in settling, a downshift toward steadiness. Some sessions rest there in stillness; others open into collective rhythm, a shared pulse made together. What grows alongside the listening is a deeper connection to the senses and to one another. Registration is a sliding-scale donation, so taking part stays within reach, no matter what you can give. It is tax-deductible to Sonic Bridges, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.A limited number of mats are provided, so bring your own if you can. Choose your session below.
