SoulLinks

Our mission

SoulLinks is a Jewish nonprofit dedicated to "serving those who serve", law enforcement, military personnel, veterans, first responders, and their families. We provide chaplaincy, emotional and spiritual support, education, resilience-building programs, and acts of care that strengthen people during moments of service, stress, crisis, and transition. Our mission is to link souls, build resilience, and ensure that every person who serves knows they are seen, valued, and supported.

Monthly Giving • Lasting ImpactThe SoulLinks Chai Club is a community of monthly partners committed to bringing light, compassion, and spiritual support to those who serve others. Your monthly gift helps SoulLinks provide chaplaincy care, crisis support, holiday outreach, acts of kindness, and meaningful connections for law enforcement personnel, military members, first responders, and their families. In Jewish tradition, the number 18 represents “Chai” - life. By giving monthly in increments of 18, your support becomes an ongoing act of bringing life, strength, and hope into the world. The Torah teaches us that repeated acts of kindness and tzedakah refine the heart and shape the soul. Monthly giving is not only about sustaining an organization but also about cultivating a life of generosity, consistency, and purpose. Whether you choose $18, $180, or any amount in between, your partnership helps SoulLinks continue serving those who serve.Thank you for being part of this mission.

Chabad at the Lakes
Chabad of Lake Placid is creating a warm and welcoming Jewish home in the heart of the Adirondacks. Led by Rabbi Chaim and Henchi Langsam, we serve Jewish residents, visitors, athletes, coaches and families throughout Lake Placid, Tupper Lake and the surrounding High Peaks. From Shabbat meals and holiday celebrations to Torah classes, tefillin, mezuzah assistance, one-on-one learning and personal support, our mission is to ensure that no Jew feels alone or disconnected simply because they are far from a major Jewish community.Lake Placid welcomes thousands of visitors and athletes throughout the year, including many who come for training, competition, recreation or a seasonal stay. Chabad is here to provide them with a familiar Jewish connection and a home away from home. There are no membership fees or dues. Our programs and outreach are made possible entirely through the generosity of people who believe that Jewish life should be accessible wherever a Jew may find themselves. Your support helps us provide meaningful Jewish experiences, hospitality, education and personal connection throughout the Adirondacks.Together, we can kindle Jewish light in the High Peaks — one person, one mitzvah and one connection at a time.
