The Southland Hills Neighborhood Association dues directly fund:Lively Social Events: From our popular evenings in the Mini Park, Halloween Parade and "Light Up the Hills" celebration to the Annual Meeting & Picnic and New Neighbor Wine & Cheese Reception, we create opportunities for connection and community building.A Beautiful & Thriving Neighborhood: Your contributions support our ongoing greening and landscaping initiatives, neighborhood signage, and contributions to local schools and area events, making Southland Hills a truly special place to live.Ensuring a Strong Future: Dues also cover essential administrative, legal, and insurance fees, ensuring the long-term health and stability of our association.Renewing Your Membership for 2026/27:This year, annual dues are $50 per household. We are also pleased to introduce a senior rate of $40 for households where at least one member is 65 or older. Paying your dues goes beyond attending events - it grants you the opportunity to vote on important neighborhood issues, allowing your voice to be heard.Stay in the loop on all our events and news by joining our mailing list.
