Help support media training and workforce development in Tampa Bay. Tampa Bay Community Network (TBCN) has been quietly building a workforce training program in media production and audiovisual technology for more than 30 years.Right here in Hillsborough County, we help residents gain hands-on skills that lead to real jobs in the media and AV industries, or empower them to create their own work in media.Even as funding has been reduced, we have continued to strengthen our core training programs and expand into audiovisual production to meet real industry demand.And it&rsquo;s working.In our most recent training cohort, 3 out of 20 participants secured jobs before the program even finished.We believe in this community, and we know you do too. When people succeed here, Tampa Bay becomes stronger.Your support helps us continue building people, skills, and opportunity right here at home.
