St. Anthony Trust of Hartford Annual Fund
This Annual Fund appeal is unlike any other in Epsilon's history. With undergraduate dues suspended until Fall 2027, the responsibility for sustaining the Hall now rests entirely on our alumni.Operating costs that were historically covered by a combination of undergraduate dues and Annual Fund contributions are now in the hands of our graduate brotherhood alone. Without you, we cannot survive. In 2026, we'll be able to link our sustainability plan on the website so all alumni can see exactly where their contributions go. In the meantime, here are a few of our basic annual expenses:Property Insurance: $23,342Property Taxes: ~$11,000Property Management: ~$12,000Utilities: ~$2,000Deep Sentinel Security Monitoring: ~$4,300The reality is stark: without undergraduate dues and without alumni support, the Hall will not survive the shutdown and the first few years of Epsilon's resurrection. This appeal isn't just about financial assistance — it's a call to preserve a legacy that has shaped all our lives. If every alum contributes during these shutdown years, even in a small way, the Hall will remain operational. As a thank-you, part of your donation will also go toward covering your annual dues:Alumni who graduated more than 9 years ago: for any donation over $200, $100 will be applied to your annual dues.Alumni who graduated within the last 9 years: for any donation over $100, $50 will be applied to your annual dues.Your support isn't just a contribution. It's a lifeline.
