St Mark AME Duluth

St. Mark AME Duluth fosters community through cultural storytelling and engagement, celebrating diverse heritages while promoting inclusivity and understanding. Their mission is to uplift and connect people through shared experiences and faith.

Join us for 3 evenings of cultural storytelling featuring some wonderful presenters. Each event also incldues a meal connected to the culture being celebrated!&nbsp; Presentation begins at 4:30 with the meal to follow.&nbsp; $30/person per session, or register for all three sessions for $75&nbsp; April 11 - Hispanic AmericanFeaturing Ms. Susana Pelayo-Woodward: Director, Office of Diversity and Inclusion at University of Minnesota Duluth.&nbsp; April 18 - African American&nbsp;Featuring Reverend Anthony Galloway, Senior partner at Dendros Group and Pastor of Wayman AME Church&nbsp; May 2 - Native American&nbsp;Featuring Dr. Linda LeGarde Grover, professor emeritus of Native American Studies at University of Minnesota Duluth and multi-award winning Anishinaabe author&nbsp; Accessability Note: Our building does require the use of stairs to enter the church and move between the two levels; we do not have an elevator or wheelchair-accessible bathroom. We are prayerfully working toward the funding to make these changes so that we can eventually welcome everyone to our church building.&nbsp; Proceeds support St. Mark AME church.
