Annual Stewardship Commitment – 2026St. Matthew’s is where we baptize our children, celebrate marriages, gather in prayer, and find comfort in times of sorrow. It is our spiritual home.To remain strong and stable, our parish operates with approximately $150,000 in annual expenses, including insurance, utilities, facility maintenance, ministry programs, and operational needs.We currently have 113 registered families. Last year, 54% participated financially in supporting our Church’s operations. Add it’s tax deductible.We are grateful to those who contributed. This year, our goal is simple: Increase participation.What Is NeededTo meet our operating responsibilities responsibly, we are asking each household to consider an Annual Stewardship Commitment of:$550 per family$250 per individualThis equates to roughly:$45 per month for a family$21 per month for an individualIf you are unable to give the suggested amount, a lower contribution is sincerely welcome. Participation matters more than the exact number.For those who are blessed with the ability to give at a higher level, your leadership-level commitment helps strengthen long-term stability and reduce reliance on fundraising events.Building Stability TogetherIf all 113 families participated at some level, the responsibility would be shared broadly and sustainably.We also encourage parishioners to consider monthly recurring giving, which provides predictable support and allows the Parish Council to plan confidently for the year ahead.Our LegacyThe question is not simply how we fund this year.
