Our mission
Star City Strong Foundation helps more people find strength, community and support through lifting. The Iron Fund removes cost barriers for athletes, The Loading Zone supports the volunteers and promoters who keep strength sports going, and the upLIFT Network advances research on lifting and mental wellness. Star City StrongFest brings it all together through an annual community celebration of strength and connection.
