The cocoon represents the seasons weendure in private - grief, trauma, uncertainty, rejection, reinvention, and healing. Although those seasonscan feel dark and confining, they can also become the sacred space where courage is formed andtransformation begins.Through honest stories told by women and men, this event reminds us that no life is defined only by itsmost painful chapter. Every story has the power to awaken compassion, challenge silence, createconnection, and inspire someone else to keep going.
