For more than 60 years, this program has provided young men and women ages 10 to 18 with a head start in life by cultivating values of honor, respect, commitment, and service. While the organization is federally chartered and supported by the U.S. Navy and U.S. Coast Guard, local units often rely on community donations to provide the &quot;Sea Cadet Experience&quot;
