Temple City Grad Nite

Temple City Grad Nite supports TCHS seniors by organizing a memorable Grad Nite celebration at Disneyland. Founded in 1960, the event fosters community spirit and provides students with a safe, fun environment to celebrate their graduation.

<p fr-original-style="" id="isPasted" style="margin: 0px; width: 100%; line-height: 1.5; box-sizing: inherit; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">We are proud to announce that TCHS graduating Class&nbsp;of 2026 will be heading to Disneyland and California Adventure. Temple City&#39;s Grad Nite history is legendary, originating in 1960 when Temple City High (TCHS) students sparked the idea at a school meeting for an all-night celebration at Disneyland, birthing the iconic theme park Grad Nite tradition that continues today. In 1993, for reasons unknown, Grad Nite was moved from the park back to campus-based, volunteer-run parties with games, food, and DJs after graduation ceremonies. Having grown up in TC, the rumors spread that TCHS was kicked out of Disney, again for unknown reasons. After reaching out this year for more information we quickly learned that the rumor of TC being kicked out was just that, a rumor. They were beyond delighted to have us back as TCHS was the reason Grad Nite started at Disney in the first place.&nbsp;</p><p fr-original-style="" style="margin: 0px; width: 100%; line-height: 1.5; box-sizing: inherit; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">We thank you so much for your donation, every bit helps get our 2026 graduating seniors to their dream Grad Nite.</p>
