The Texas 4-H Youth Development Foundation empowers youth through hands-on learning experiences in agriculture, science, and healthy living, fostering leadership and life skills to create confident, capable, and contributing members of society.

Get ready for 3 days of fun, learning, and healthy living at the Healthy Lifestyles Camp hosted by Texas A&amp;M Harris County 4-H and Cy-Hope!&nbsp; 🌟Join us June 16th&ndash;18th from 9:00 AM&ndash;3:00 PM for an exciting camp experience where youth will explore nutrition, fitness, wellness, and healthy habits through hands-on activities, games, and interactive lessons. Campers will learn how to make healthy choices, understand nutrition, stay active, and build skills that support lifelong wellness. 🍴 Lunch will be provided daily🎁 Every child will receive a goodie bag🥛 Day 1 includes a special milk demonstration from the Southwest Dairy Farmers🥡 Lunch on the first day will be provided by Panda Express Please note: On June 18th, the 4-H portion of camp will end at 12:00 PM, while Cy-Hope activities will continue until 3:00 PM . We can&rsquo;t wait to help youth learn, grow, and have fun while building healthy lifestyles together! 💚
