The Community Rescue Project needs help raising funds for a new or gently used, reliable transport van to safely move rescued animals, emergency supplies, and specialized equipment—including extra-large humane traps used to rescue frightened and hard-to-catch dogs.Because our work takes us across Arizona in extreme summer heat, dependable transportation is essential to keep animals safe during transport. While we don't need a brand-new van, we do need one that is reliable, well-maintained, and ready for the miles ahead.Every donation helps us respond to more rescue calls, transport animals safely, and save more lives. Project Thermal Rescue delivers a new thermal drone that will give our rescue team critical eyes in the sky when searching for lost, missing, and vulnerable animals. Historically, we have relied on our drone operator to be available, but since adding additional pilots to our team, we need a dedicated CRP drone. With this technology, wesearch faster, cover more ground, and find animals who may otherwise remain unseen—helping turn more searches into lifesaving rescues.
