Help Us Build the Courtney Copeland Legacy Center Before his life was taken in 2016, Courtney Copeland was already making a difference. Courtney was the kind of person who showed up for others encouraging young people, speaking life into those who felt unseen, and leading by example. He believed in community. He believed in lifting people up. He believed that our youth deserved more opportunities, more guidance, and more love. He was changing lives simply by being who he was. That&rsquo;s why we refuse to let his story end in tragedy. We are building The Courtney Copeland Legacy Center , a living continuation of the impact he was already making. This center will serve as:✨ A safe after-school hub where children can go instead of the streets✨ A violence prevention space rooted in mentorship, guidance, and support✨ A place for job training and workforce development, helping youth build real futures✨ A home for extracurricular activities that inspire confidence, creativity, and leadership This is how we honor Courtney , not just in memory, but in movement. Every child who walks through those doors will feel the same encouragement Courtney gave so freely. Every program will reflect his heart for the community. We cannot do this alone.
