The Enay Foundation empowers youth in foster care by providing academic support, post-secondary opportunities, and life skills development to transform their futures and break the cycle of foster care.

Join our partners from across Georgia to sponsor youth in care through the Fostering Bright Futures through the Arts program. This program has grown tremendously over the past four years and has become more than just an art project&mdash;it&rsquo;s a developmental pathway giving youth experiencing foster care in underserved areas a platform to soar far above the cycle through the power of their own stories. Youth in this program are:<ul data-spread="false" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Developing voice and identity by telling their stories on their own terms</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Building confidence and emotional awareness through creative expression</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Engaging in goal-setting and follow-through as they complete and present their work</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Earning income from their creativity, often for the first time in their lives</li></ul>And importantly, we&rsquo;ve expanded the program to include financial literacy and workforce development&mdash;helping youth understand how to manage what they earn, plan for independence, and begin thinking about their future in tangible ways.Youth artist stipends and participation incentives<ul data-spread="false" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Financial literacy programming tied to earned income</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Materials and resources for creative expression</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Expansion to reach more youth across additional group homes</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Continued development of a scalable model that can serve youth beyond this project</li></ul>This is not a one-time experience. It is a repeatable model&mdash;one that equips young people with both the confidence to be heard and the skills to navigate life beyond care.
