The FLWG WayThe FLWG Way is The F.L. Wolters Group's integrated model of care, combining traditional talk therapy with community-based wellness programming.At The F.L. Wolters Group, healing begins and often continues with our administrative team. They welcome new clients, help connect them with the appropriate clinician, coordinate scheduling, manage portal access, process payments, bill insurance when applicable, provide superbills for out-of-network clients, support communication, coordinate care, and help keep our community connected.Our administrative fee helps make this possible. Therapy payments, insurance reimbursement, and sliding-scale fees do not separately cover many of these essential services. The fee helps ensure that care is coordinated smoothly so clinicians can remain focused on providing high-quality therapy.The fee also supports:Secure electronic health records and communication systemsPractice compliance and credentialingClinical consultation and professional support for FLWG cliniciansManageable clinician caseloads that support continuity of care and reduce burnoutSliding-scale and reduced-fee servicesCommunity outreach and wellness programmingThese services support all active therapy clients, whether they use insurance or pay privately.Cost and RenewalFor clients who enrolled in the FLWG Way after August, 2025 the recurring administrative fee is:$30 per month or $300 per yearMonthly payments renew each month. Annual payments renew every 12 months. Payments continue according to the option selected unless they are canceled or therapy services with the practice end.All active therapy clients are required to maintain the administrative fee as a condition of receiving ongoing services through FLWG.Therapy sessions are billed separately and may be covered by insurance, depending on the client's plan and arrangement with the practice.Wellness ProgrammingAs part of the FLWG Way, clients may participate in clinician-led groups, workshops, community events, and other offerings designed to support whole-person wellness across eight dimensions:Emotional, physical, social, spiritual, occupational, intellectual, environmental, and financial.Participation in wellness programming is optional. Clients may engage based on their needs, interests, and availability. Some offerings may also be open to clients' friends and family members.Current programs, schedules, and benefits may change as the needs of the FLWG community evolve.We're glad you're here.
