Calling all True Crime Fans! Help us kickoff LibraryCon at this fandom-themed fundraiser sponsored by The Friends of the La Porte County Public Library. If you could choose your final meal, what would be on the menu? Join historical presenter Michelle Gibbons for a fascinating and thought-provoking look at the final meals requested by some of history's most notorious criminals, including John Wayne Gacy, Ted Bundy, Aileen Wuornos, H.H. Holmes, and others. Through the lens of their last meal requests, Michelle will explore the stories behind these infamous figures, examining what their choices may reveal about their state of mind, personality, and final moments. Your ticket includes a sampling of several infamous last-meal dishes, adding a unique and memorable culinary element to the experience. Don't miss this intriguing evening of history, mystery, and conversation—all while supporting a great cause.
