On October 31, Pelican Boulevard turns into one big neighborhood party and our station gives parents a moment of light in the middle of it all, free giveaway bags, treats for the kids and a holiday raffle.Why it mattersAccording to the American Psychological Association, 89% of U.S. adults feel stressed during the holiday season.
