The Home Place

The Home Place fosters an inclusive community in Grimes, Iowa, by creating a 40-unit condominium where individuals with disabilities, seniors, and working adults can live together, promoting belonging and support for all residents.

Enjoy drinks, light appetizers, great company, and live music by local artist Andrew Hoyt while supporting The Home Place, a nonprofit organization building an inclusive 40-unit condominium community in Grimes, Iowa. Our vision is to create a place where individuals with disabilities, active seniors, working adults, and people of all ages live side-by-side in a welcoming and supportive environment.
