The Indigo Phoenix Foundation, Inc. is a 501c3 nonprofit organization with a singular mission: to reduce and prevent animal cruelty and homelessness in communities by providing small animal pet education to the public and access to various community-centered programs.

We believe that education changes outcomes. When pet owners have the knowledge and resources they need, animals stay in loving homes — and communities become safer and more compassionate places for both people and pets.
