We make every effort to ensure that the composition of our board encompasses the skills and expertise we need and reflects the diversity of the individuals we serve, and of the greater community. Toward that end, we are asking for a variety of information. Please feel free to leave blank anything you do not wish to answer. Decisions on board nominations will not be based on any single variable.
