Campus leaders play a pivotal role in shaping literacy outcomes and lasting change begins with how we lead.&nbsp; Join us for a day of deep learning focused on the intersection of high-quality literacy instruction and effective change leadership. Featuring national literacy experts and experienced educational leaders Terrie Noland and Daryl Michel, this session will challenge participants to examine current practices, strengthen Tier One instruction, and lead with clarity and purpose. Throughout the day, leaders will engage in hands-on, collaborative work alongside colleagues to reflect, analyze, and apply new learning directly to their campus context. A principal panel will provide real-world insights into the challenges and successes of leading literacy transformation, offering practical perspectives from the field. Participants will leave with more than inspiration. They will leave with a clear, actionable plan to move their vision for literacy forward, grounded in strong instruction, aligned systems, and intentional leadership.
