Named for Delaware State Trooper Ronnie Williams, who passed away in 2002 as a result of an off-duty car accident. Since that day, it has been the mission of the Foundation to carry on with Ronnie's legacy of honoring law enforcement. This is accomplished through events and programs presented throughout the year as part of the Sirens & Shields Coalition. These include the NCC youth law enforcement camp in partnership with the New Castle County Police and Paramedics, Hero Days for the Police Unity Tour, the Delaware Cops & Rodders Car Show, the WPD Hero Fund, the Delaware Hero Fund, the Delaware Law Enforcement Thank You Ride, and the Ty Snook Memorial Softball Tournament.

Funds raised are also shared with our Sirens & Shields Coalition partner organizations.
