The I, HERO DIY Workbook is an innovative educational and personal development resource created by the Social Justice Network's Comic Books For Justice Initiative in partnership with the SUNY Office of Higher Education in Prison Programs.The workbook will be distributed throughout correctional facilities across New York State to support literacy, creativity, self-expression, and personal growth among incarcerated individuals.Through storytelling, comic creation, reflective writing, and goal-setting activities, I, HERO empowers participants to discover their voice, build confidence, and recognize their potential.By sponsoring a workbook, you help place this powerful resource directly into the hands of incarcerated students and individuals seeking opportunities for growth, healing, and transformation.Empowering through comics.
