Help Launch the 2026 Boss Babe AcademyThe Boss Babe Academy is a summer leadership and entrepreneurship program designed to help girls discover their confidence, develop real-world skills, and step into leadership at an early age.Through hands-on business simulations, mentorship, and collaborative projects, participants do more than learn about leadership. They actively practice it. Girls work together to solve problems, develop ideas, and present solutions while gaining communication, teamwork, and entrepreneurial skills that will serve them for the rest of their lives.What began as a small initiative has grown rapidly because families, educators, and community mentors have seen the impact firsthand. Girls leave the program more confident, more capable, and more willing to lead in their schools and communities.In 2026, we are preparing to launch the most ambitious version of the Boss Babe Academy yet, with a goal of serving 100 girls in an immersive leadership experience.Your support helps make this possible.
