The Way Home Institute empowers individuals through Hunyuan Qigong, promoting vitality and stress relief. Proceeds support underserved youth in accessing Tai Chi and mindful movement, fostering their personal growth and well-being.

This helps you actually rest and recover, not just take your mind off how tired you feel.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Already into health and fitness &mdash; if you track your sleep and HRV, take cold plunges, or use the sauna, this is one of the oldest ways people have built and kept their energy. It works with your body&#39;s natural balance and comes from Daoist philosophy.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Going through a change in life &mdash; when hard workouts stop feeling good, this is gentle, low-impact movement you can do without pushing yourself too hard.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Coming back from a hard time &mdash; recovering from being sick, burned out, or run down. You can do every movement slowly and gently, so it&#39;s an easy way to start moving again before you&#39;re ready for a real workout.</li></ul>How it works<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Five weekly sessions. Each week covers six kinds of practice, starting with stillness, moving into slow circular movement, and ending in stillness again.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Each week builds on the one before. You review what you already learned, then add something new.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">By the fifth week, you&#39;ll know a full set of Hun Yuan Qigong movements you can practice on your own.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Finish all ten hours and you can ask for a Certificate of Completion.</li></ul>Small Cohort ExperienceTo create a supportive learning environment, enrollment is limited to 12&ndash;16 participants. This allows for personalized guidance, individual feedback, and meaningful connection throughout the five weeks. Every registration does more than support your own learning.As a nonprofit initiative of The Way Home Institute proceeds from this program help expand access to Tai Chi and mindful movement for underserved youth through future scholarships, community programming, and youth initiatives.As you learn to come home to yourself, you&#39;re helping another young person begin that journey too.CertificateParticipants who complete the full five-week training will receive a Hunyuan Qigong Foundations Certificate of Completion.
