The Woman’s Club of Cayce Clubhouse Rental AgreementFacility at 701 Oakland AvenueRental Conditions:I understand that all deposits and rental fees are required to be paid at the time of reservation. Payment may be made by cash or personal check. All fees will be deposited at the time of the reservation. The Woman’s Club of Cayce reserves the right to cancel the event and return fees.I understand and assume full responsibility for any loss or damage to the fences, structures, furniture, fixtures, appliances or equipment of the facility incurred by myself and my guests. I further understand that, in the event loss or damages do occur and said loss or damage exceeds the amount on deposit for my event, I will be required to reimburse The Woman’s Club of Cayce within three business days after being presented with an itemized invoice for damages.I understand my event must end no later than 10:00 PM, the facility must be vacated no later than 11:00 PM, guests may not exceed the number indicated above, and keys must be left inside the clubhouse when I vacate the premises.I understand that all my and my guests’ property and debris must be removed from the facility at the time the facility is vacated. I further understand that no objects may be hung from the ceiling or rafters; no nails, tacks, tape or glue may be used to adhere objects to any surface; candles and fireworks; and the throwing of rice, bird seed, confetti or any objects within the facility is strictly prohibited. I understand the facility is a no smoking facility. I understand The Woman’s Club of Cayce has the authority to terminate the event should it become loud or unruly - and that a Club representative may be present to monitor the event.I understand that all sound and music, including live bands, will only be played inside the building and that no speakers will be situated in a manner that projects the sound outside of the building. I further agree to abide by the City of Cayce’s Noise Ordinance.I acknowledge that I have received the “Notice to All Renters” information sheet and that the rules therein are incorporated into this agreement. I understand that if found in violation of the rules in the care and cleaning of clubhouse, including exceeding the agreed upon time to end event/vacate premises, all or part of my deposit may be forfeited, in the Club’s sole discretion.Waiver of Liability:I acknowledge that if alcoholic beverages are allowed in or on the facility grounds at my event, it is my responsibility to comply with all laws concerning possession and consumption of same.I understand The Woman’s Club of Cayce is not responsible for the loss or damage of any equipment, supplies or property belonging to myself or my guests.To the fullest extent permitted by law, I will indemnify and hold harmless The Woman’s Club of Cayce from and against any claims, damages, losses or expenses, including but not limited to attorney fees, which arise out of or in any way relate to any and all personal injury, death and / or property damage in connection with my and my guests’ use of the Woman’s Club of Cayce’s facility. This includes any act or omission by The Woman’s Club of Cayce or any of the Club’s representatives. The Woman’s Club of Cayce does not discriminate on the basis of race, age, religion or gender.Acknowledgement:Applicant represents and certifies that:All information provided in this application is true and correct. Misrepresentation or erroneous information in this application constitutes grounds for denial of this and future applications for the use of The Woman’s Club of Cayce clubhouse.Applicant/user will bear all costs for clean up and damages.The Woman’s Club of Cayce shall not be liable for personal injury, loss or damage to property.I have read the rules and regulations.
