Scholarships for College

Supporting our Seniors is a program/initiative of Transitions 2 Success to support our beloved elder community.  We will use these funds to support the senior citizens in our community, by providing financial assistance to those living on a fixed income, many of whom have a hard time making ends meet.  thank you in advance for your support.
