Turtles For Tomorrow was founded on a simple belief: no student should be excluded from educational opportunities because of financial hardship, lack of resources, or barriers beyond their control. Through years of volunteering in public schools, working alongside educators, supporting students, and building community partnerships, we witnessed firsthand the challenges many students and schools face every day. Some barriers are obvious, while others are easily overlooked&mdash;a child arriving at school without supplies, an unpaid lunch balance creating unnecessary stress, a missed field trip opportunity, or a classroom lacking the resources needed to help students thrive. While each barrier may seem small on its own, together they can limit a student&#39;s ability to fully participate, learn, and reach their potential.
