That exact day of the month becomes their default recurring charge date. How to Change the DateAfter the first donation is processed, the donor can log in to their Zeffy account to schedule future payments for their preferred day of the month. 1. Log in to Zeffy: Log in to their Zeffy account. Account activation may be required for first-time users.The donor must access their portal at zeffy.com/login using the email associated with their donation.2. Open transactions:Navigate to the My transactions tab.3. Select the active payment:Click anywhere inside the relevant payment box to open the details panel on the right side of the screen.4. Edit the charge date:Select Edit charge date and choose the new preferred processing day.
